Tried to sell me on a $11,000 system without being able to back up the benefits to such a system (purchase costs vs. savings and Return on Investment). Then got upset that I was looking at several companies to compare quotes, saying "I would have problems understanding all the information". When I pointed out that you shouldn't disparage a potential customer's intelligence or ability to understand information, stated "maybe my boss doesn't want to do business with somone like you".
